All Year Round Golf
Grimsby is without question one of the best golf courses in Lincolnshire during the summer months and following a number of projects to improve drainage including specialised work to four of our greens in the winter of 2014/2015 at a cost of £20k, our course is rarely closed during the winter months. During the winter of 2021/2022 our golf course was only closed on two occasions due to adverse weather.
Regular Competitions
As well as being able to play social golf at Grimsby we have plenty of competitions to enter. Both weekend and midweek competitions are available to play in so you can test yourself and hopefully win prizes too!
Members guests
Members can introduce guests at a discounted rate. At any one time you can introduce up to 3 guests and they will pay a reduced green fee. So as a member not only is it you that benefits, your friends benefit too. You could be a hero amongst your friends if you could save them money on golf fees!
Clubhouse and Catering
Aside from the golf at Grimsby we are proud to have superb caterers and bar staff. So, whether you have just finished a round of golf, or just call in on your way home, you can enjoy a fantastic meal or a relaxing drink in our unique clubhouse. The view from the lounge down the 1st fairway and 18th green on a nice summers evening is beautiful.
Networking benefits
This is an area of golf club membership that is ignored massively. Would you like to get access to a whole new customer base? Reciprocal golf
As a member of Grimsby Golf Club you not only get the benefit of playing a wonderful course and having a great clubhouse and catering when you’ve finished. You can also take advantage of reciprocal links with Kenwick Park (£20.00), Holme Hall (£20), Cleethorpes Golf Club (£15.50), Market Rasen (£25), Louth (£15), and Ashby Decoy Golf Clubs (£12.50). This means you can visit these clubs and receive discounted green fees if you fancy a day out.

Whether you are a competitive golfer looking to compete for trophies, or a more casual golfer looking for some exercise, the health benefits are undeniable. During an 18 hole round you will walk approximately 5 miles and burn around 2000 calories. This provides a great way to keep fit and healthy.
Friendship
Last, but by no means least, are the friends you can make. We have had numerous golfers join the club without regular golfing partners and now they are playing regularly with groups of other members and enjoying their golf. We have a senior section, ladies section, A and B teams, and several regular roll-ups that all welcome new players. Golf has a great way of helping new people to meet and enjoy their leisure time.

Specifically designed for members whose work requires them to be away from Grimsby for extended periods of time, such as offshore workers. Eligibility criteria includes the requirement that your employment would require you to work and stay away from Grimsby for more than 6 months of the year
Community Membership - £503
As part of our commitment to ensuring the game of golf is open to all, Grimsby Golf Club offer a category of membership for those on a Low/Modest Income. This category is available without discrimination to persons who can reasonably demonstrate that the full membership fees would be unaffordable. The category includes unlimited golf over 4 nominated days (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day) and includes eligibility to play in club competitions played on any of the 4 nominated days. Enquiries regarding this membership category and acceptable proof of unaffordability of other membership categories should be made to the Club Manager
N.B. All memberships are subject to a £17 affiliation fee. All membership fees represent the full fees for the stated membership year, Membership fees are calculated on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the current membership year which ends on May 31st each year
